Data Protection, Generative AI Usage, and Security Standards
The Webydo Inc. commitment to our Subscribers' privacy is set forth in this section. Except as required by law or as otherwise provided herein, Webydo Inc. will take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your right to privacy. Webydo Inc. is committed to developing long-lasting relationships that are built on trust and will never intentionally violate that trust.
We operate a cloud-based ecosystem hosted on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring that your data is stored on one of the world's most secure infrastructures.
We protect your data from the machine.
Webydo employs advanced Generative AI (including WebydoAssist™ and AI Vibe Builder). We have established the following protocols to ensure data safety and legal compliance.
2.1 Input & Training Data
Webydo does not use your private, proprietary project data to train our public-facing AI models without your explicit consent. Your design assets, client lists, and internal notes remain isolated within your instance.
2.2 AI Output & Ownership
You retain full ownership rights to any content generated by our AI tools based on your prompts ("Output"). Webydo assigns all rights, title, and interest in the Output to you. However, due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users, and we do not guarantee that the Output will be protectable by copyright.
2.3 Limitation of Liability (AI Hallucinations)
Generative AI is a probabilistic technology. It may produce inaccurate information, offensive content, or "hallucinations" (confident falsehoods). You acknowledge that Webydo provides AI services "AS IS" and Webydo is not liable for any damages arising from the use of inaccurate AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated text and code before publishing.
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:
3.1 Google User Data
Our application accesses the following Google user data: email address and profile information. We use this data strictly to authenticate your account and personalize your dashboard experience.
3.2 Data Retention & Deletion
We retain user data for as long as the user's account is active. Users can request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting support@webydo.com. Upon such a request, we will delete the user's data within 30 days. Any data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
3.3 Data Use
We use user data to provide personalized services, improve user experience, and analyze user behavior. The data will not be used for any other purposes without the user's explicit consent.
Personal Data Transmissions are encrypted. All of Subscriber's personal information is protected. Webydo Inc. uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and TLS 1.3, the industry standard, for encrypting all personal information, including name, address, and credit card numbers during transit.
While we use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to Webydo or guarantee that such information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
With the exception of trusted business affiliates and/or associates who work on behalf of or in connection with Webydo Inc., subject to specific confidentiality agreements, Webydo Inc. will not provide or sell to any third party your personal information and will keep all Subscriber information confidential, subject to the following exceptions:
- Legal Compliance: Webydo Inc. will respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.
- Protection: Webydo Inc. will share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Engaging in any prohibited use as set forth herein constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will subject Subscriber's account to immediate termination without notice and without any refund.
7.1 Spamming
Spamming is prohibited. This includes sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages or using purchased email lists. Webydo Inc. requires that all email messages contain an automated opt-out.
7.2 Illegal Content & Generative Abuse
You may not use Webydo's AI or hosting services to generate or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting children.
- Deepfakes intended to deceive or harm reputation.
- Malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt services ("Hacking").
- Instructions on making illegal goods or weapons.
- Ponzi or pyramid schemes.
7.3 Intellectual Property Violations
Any violation of any person's or entity's intellectual property rights is prohibited. Webydo Inc. complies with the DMCA and is required by law to remove or block access to content appearing on or through the Services upon receipt of proper notice of copyright infringement.
