Trademark Policy.

GENERAL.

Whereas Webydo Inc. strives to encourage creativity and innovation by our customers while using Webydo products and receiving our services, we need to vigorously protect our intellectual property rights as well as our goodwill, reputation, and brand.

Accordingly, we have adopted certain policies in order to enable the designers and end users who are using our products and services as well as any other customers of ours or those who refer to our services without compromising the strength of our trademarks, service marks, trade dress or our brand identity (collectively, “Trademarks”).

Please note that the word 'Webydo' and other Webydo graphics, logos, designs, page headers or footers, button icons, scripts, and service names (together, the “Webydo Marks”) are registered Trademarks of Webydo Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries.

Webydo Inc. should protect the Webydo Marks so that it will be able to ascertain and, in turn, assure users and others that only the products or services offered, sponsored, or endorsed by Webydo Inc, and nor others, actually bear the Webydo Marks.

Under trademark laws, we not only protect against improper use of the Webydo Marks but also protect against the use of confusingly similar marks.

USING THE WEBYDO MARKS.

In order for you to help us protect the Webydo Marks, may we kindly request that you shall make fair use of Webydo’s Marks. Webydo Inc. supports free speech and you do not need permission to make legitimate commentary about Webydo, its products, or services. However, in order to avoid confusion, you are kindly requested to prominently display the following disclaimer on your website when using the

WEBYDO MARKS.

'THE TERM "WEBYDO" IS A TRADEMARK OR SERVICE MARK OF WEBYDO INC. AND IS OTHERWISE PROTECTED UNDER TRADEMARK OR OTHER LAWS AND REGULATIONS. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH WEBYDO.'

FURTHER, PLEASE: (I) DO NOT MODIFY, REMOVE, OR DISTORT ANY OF THE WEBYDO MARKS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BY MEANS OF COMBINING OTHER TERMS TO THE WEBYDO MARKS TO CREATE NEW WORDS AND DO NOT USE THE WEBYDO MARKS OR A CONFUSINGLY SIMILAR MARK IN A WAY THAT FALSELY IMPLIES A RELATIONSHIP OR AFFILIATION WITH, SPONSORSHIP, OR ENDORSEMENT BY WEBYDO INC. YOU KNOW OR SUSPECT TO BE NOT TRUE; (IV) DO NOT INCORPORATE THE WEBYDO MARKS OR A CONFUSINGLY SIMILAR MARK INTO NAMES OR LOGOS OF OTHER BUSINESSES, COMPANIES, ENTITIES, PRODUCTS AND THE LIKE; (V) (VI) DO NOT USE THE WEBYDO MARKS IN ANY WAY OR ON ANY WEBSITE THAT CONTAINS OR PROMOTES ADULT CONTENTS, GAMBLING OR GAMING, OR OTHERWISE VIOLATES ANY APPLICABLE LAWS OR REGULATIONS; (VII) DO NOT REGISTER OR USE A DOMAIN NAME CONTAINING THE WORD 'WEBYDO'; (VIII) DO NOT USE THE WEBYDO MARKS IN A MANNER THAT IS IN WEBYDO’S SOLE OPINION MISLEADING, UNFAIR, DEFAMATORY, INFRINGING, LIBELOUS, DISPARAGING, TARNISHING, OBSCENE OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE TO WEBYDO INC.
