General Principles
Whereas Webydo Inc. strives to encourage creativity and innovation by our customers while using Webydo products and receiving our services, we must vigorously protect our intellectual property rights, goodwill, reputation, and brand identity (collectively, “Trademarks”).
The word 'Webydo' and other Webydo graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names (together, the “Webydo Marks”) are registered Trademarks of Webydo Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Webydo must protect these marks to ensure that users can distinguish between official Webydo services and unauthorized third-party imitators.
AI & Generative Protocols
1. No Training on Webydo Marks
You are strictly prohibited from using the Webydo Marks, logos, or UI designs to train, fine-tune, or LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) any Large Language Model (LLM) or Image Generation Model without express written permission.
2. No "Look-Alike" Prompting
You may not use prompts such as "Generate a logo in the style of Webydo" or "Create a website interface identical to Webydo" in Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar tools for commercial purposes. Creating synthetic assets that are confusingly similar to Webydo’s trade dress via AI is considered trademark infringement.
3. No AI Impersonation
You may not create AI Chatbots, Agents, or Avatars that claim to represent Webydo, or that use the Webydo name/logo as their persona, unless authorized as an official API partner.
Using the Webydo Marks
In order for you to help us protect the Webydo Marks, we kindly request that you make fair use of Webydo’s Marks. Webydo Inc. supports free speech and you do not need permission to make legitimate commentary about Webydo. However, to avoid confusion regarding endorsement, you must use the mandatory disclaimer below.
